We visited the Carlsbad Mineral Spa for the second time. Here is how the story goes on this place. In 1882, John Frazer drilled a well for his farm and struck a deep aquifer of pure therapeutic alkaline water. The water was similiar to the healing water from Karlsbad, Bohemia, so they names the water Carlsbad Mineral Water. We have started to fill our water bottles here. The water is supposed to be a very good anti-oxidant and it is supposed to have healing properties. This place is always busy with people filling their water bottles.
